We've bought multiple rental properties with Brenda. She lead us in the right direction on each of them and helped us make the right choice. She was such a great advisor and very knowledgeable of lake havasu and the real estate process. We sat back and she did all the work. We didn't have to worry she took care of everything we needed. We live out of town so this was huge for us to have someone we could trust. Online we would see many properties and she would go view them and give us a full report. She lead us away from properties she felt we're not going to bring us the rent or return we needed. She's is amazing at her job. I can't imagine making real estate decisions without her. Very honest and trustworthy. By far the best realtor in lake havasu. If I could rate her higher than 5 stars I would.
