Brenda Fischer was recommended to us by our realtor in Phoenix, and she was, from the onset, friendly, professional, efficient, and highly attentive to our needs. We were extremely impressed with her services (in fact, more so than those of the realtor who recommended her). The day before our move-in, Brenda arranged to have carpets in the new house cleaned. A couple days after we moved, she came by with a beautiful gift basket (dinner - including wine and dessert). There were no last minute surprises. I have bought 2 homes through Brenda and she is spot on highly knowlagable has your best intrest throughout the purchase. She shows you what you ask to see and represents you with profesionalism. I would recomend Brenda again also as a out of state buyer she goes out and does onsite evalution on all properties wich was very helpful in purchasing our investment properties.

We were trying to buy a second home, sort of long distance, in a totally different natural environment than we are used to, and were a little uneasy about looking for a desert home in a neighborhood. We have lived in the Pacific Northwest & on 20+ acres for better than 40 years. After repeated attempts of looking at homes with our initial realtor and feeling as if we just weren't 'connecting', we found Ms. Fischer thru a family member. From the beginning interview, Ms. Fischer was intuitive, intelligent, committed, focused, professional, easy demeanor, hard worker, succinct, prolific, efficient and has a warm personality. She never forgot anything we mentioned, and would always show us properties based on things we talked about in our conversations. She never 'wasted' our time, always had legitimate feedback, always about us and not about her or her preferences, and was very skilled at creatively solving problems. She also knows a lot of other types of professionals that one might need to tap into when purchasing a home, that are very good in their fields. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Fischer. She is the consummate professional in her field, and believe me, there is a huge difference between skilled realtors, and not skilled ones. Don't waste your time.
