The 31st Annual Winterfest in Lake Havasu City takes place Saturday, February 20 – Sunday, February 21! This annual event features 200 vendors from across the United States, and more than 400 booths fill Winterfest with art, crafts, jewelry, clothing and home décor!
Visitors can walk McCulloch Boulevard and enjoy Winterfest’s live entertainment and tasty-street food options. According to Havasu News, new culinary concoctions expected this year include the Pickle Dog (a pickle stuffed with a hot dog and breaded like a corn dog on a stick) and the Tornado Potato (a deep-fried extra-long potato string). Adults can toast at the beer garden while kids enjoy the countless activities, including a kids’ zone complete with pony rides. With attractions for the whole family, Winterfest is the perfect family outing.
The weather forecast for Winterfest is clear, sunny skies with a high of 83 degrees. Admission is free, and Winterfest is open on Saturday, February 20 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday, February 21 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Parking is also free and available along Swanson and Mesquite Avenues.
Lake Havasu City Chamber of Commerce hosts this yearly event, and this year’s event is sponsored by Grand Canyon West. More than 30,000 people are expected to attend.
